Olx India — No action taken even after launching consumer complaint over a month ago | |||||
Its been a month after launching complaint on consumer complaints still no action taken or any further updates which is the reason I have to relaunch another complaint. Its useless I feel the consumer complaint and also the support provided by OLX. If they have misplaced my documents and plate then at least they should acknowledge the mistake and launch a complaint that they have misplaced it. This is very unfortunate of me writing this email that its been the worst service I have ever received by any company. I was very much satisfied while selling my car back in march 2020 when I was told that I would receive my RC book and Chassis plate within one month of selling my car. However it's been a year now and every time I ask the concerned person who helped me in selling the car give reasons and delays the process. It seems OLX are not all concerned for their customers value for money and trusts and are least bothered of what is happening with the vehicle handed over to them. Please take this request as a matter of concern and look into this and hand over the documents as soon as possible as the level of patience has reached its peak.
