[Resolved] Olx India — nokia 3 heavy scratches

Dear sir,
I purchased a mobile phone from olx site on 20/01/2018, around 4 pm. Place of location was mumbai kurla west.
Olx site of which ad id is [protected].
Seller named as shown on id is shikhar chaudhry. And mobile number he used to communicate was [protected]
Seller didnot mention heavy scratches on back cover and i also coudnot see it because of another extra back on it.
Now his phone showing not in service ([protected]), now within 20hrs only his phone showing not in service.. Kindly help me to return this product asap.

Hope one single call to seller can solve the problem. However it seems that seller has deactivated his ID.
