[Resolved] Olx India — paid 1499 rs. on dated 11 oct 2018 at 02:04 pm through net banking debit sms receive from bank still ad is not active

I have paid 1499 rs. For 15 ads for 30 days pack on 11 october 2018 at 02:04 pm through net banking bank of india but ad not activated and still it shows - buy.

Debit message received from bank balance gets reduces.
My account is debited for 1499 rs.
Get it resolve asap.
