It appears that you wish to contact the seller.
You can now directly contact users through OLX Mobile App, you can use features like:
1 - Chat with the user for taking the discussion further.
2 - "Make Your Offer" option – lets you quote your price to the seller.
I would like to inform you that, we’ve taken some steps to further safeguard the privacy of our users. You can easily contact the seller through the ‘chat’ option.
The OLX chat is a more trusted way of interacting for both the seller and the buyer and at their own convenience.
However, the buyer and seller can always request each other for their numbers if they feel that is required to take the transaction forward.
We have given this freedom to our user's, to let them decide whether they want to share their number or not.
Also, you have an option in your OLX app wherein you can request for the phone number from seller. If he/she is interested in sharing the phone number with buyer, they can do that.
This would make the entire conversation swift and you would instantly know the response of the buyer or seller. We bet you would agree with this!
Our desktop users are just as important to us as our App users. Some of the changes we have introduced are more suited to Apps, and some others will take time to reflect on the desktop. We are here to give you the best possible experience desktop can enable.
