[Resolved] Olymp Trade — money withdrawn from account without consent and not returned | |||
I started my first trade on olymp trade with 30$. Post this it showed 60$ in my account. Then i withdrew 30$. Next day when i checked, remaining 30$ from my account were gone. And after 2 days again 30$ was deducted from my account. When i had a chat with a person on there website they said its bank fault. What the hell!!! Does it mean bank will keep on deducting money from my card only because i used it for first time payment. I need my refund back. Please let me know whom do i get this to? To morning I have deposited 20 dollar. And I won 38 dollar but . I was withdraw. But till now not added.

You ordered two withdrawals. Withdrawal is usually carried out within 2-5 business days. Sometimes longer as it depends on the transfer processing time of your bank.
To check the accurate info about these transactions at your bank you need an ARN Reference number. I will now explain you how to carry that out.
ARN Reference number can be requested only after 14 days from the date of withdrawal. As your withdrawals were made on May 18 and 19, you, on June 3, need to take an extract from the bank on all credits to the account from May 18 to June 3, including all the cards you used to withdraw (as you did use different cards). With these extracts, our financial department will ask the aggregator for the ARN Reference for each withdrawal.
So please wait a little bit more and request the extract at your bank and send it to us.

The only logical way out is to inquire in the bank what happened. You've got a reply from Olymp Trade, there are no reasons to distrust them. Thus, you need to check with your bank why they keep withdrawing funds from your account. The point is, Olymp Trade is no more responsible for the money after it has been withdrawn to your account, which means you really should address your bank about this issue.
