[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — why do you refuse to withdraw my funds?

I can not withdraw my money. This is my third withdrawal request! Why do you refuse to withdraw my funds? I did not break your rule.
I trade 3 months, now i decided to withdraw money to the card, but you refused. Why did you then accept my payment from an electronic wallet, but do not want to withdraw money?
It is unfair to do so. I just want to get my money, which i honestly earned on your platform.

I did not know that I can withdraw money only to an electronic wallet. Filed out a request for withdrawal, it was approved.
