Om Tirupati Balaji Packers And Movers — transporting household goods not yet delivered | |||
Dear sir, I satish kumar panda had transported all my house hold goods through om tirupati balaji packers and movers on 15th dec. 2017. These goods were transported from my rented place address: 13 badra tarun sen pally, italgacha dumdum and were to be delivered in my new address in surat. As per his earlier commitment the transporter was suppose to deliver my house hold goods in 10-12 days. However, it's 35 days now i am still waiting for my house hold goods to be delivered. I have been relocated to surat with my spouse and a small kid of 3 and half years old. And we are staying here since last one month with out any house hold appliances. I am continuously following up with mr, ritesh sah the owner of this transport agency. And he is continuously lying me that they will be delivered in 2-3 days. I have also given a police complain here in surat but they are not able to help me, as the goods were transported from kolkata. Would request you to kindly look into it and kindly help me as my family is left with nothing and we are facing a lot of problems every moment. This packers don't deserve any star they should be given negative rating and I hereby take privilege to ### this transporter . They bluff to peaks. In which so called owner of this packers rithesh Kumar Saha who is totally fraud and one of friend booked luggage from Kolkata to Aurangabad on 22 may 2018 and they assured that they will deliver by 5 days r atmost 7 days total 25 days gone not yet received this luggage. He along with his family was terribly having time passed as they almost on road.
I pray God that they get normal life like before and they forget this worst time and that ### Ritesh Shah.
