[Resolved]  Omsi — Being scammed

I ordered 2 medicine online from omsi.in website.i paid through my card.i got reciept of payment on my email.but i have not got any medicine.i tried contact them after 10 days of order and they said it will be delivered after 2 days.but since then they didnt respond.they are not even picking up my call.i wanted my money back.but they are not refunding it.
