On Dot Courier — courier delivery still not reachable on 4 days

I am searching a courier from jaipur to jabalpur. Which was dispatched on 12 august 2017..
Today is 16 august 2017 and still i am searching for my courier..
All the customer care numbers are fake and my pod no. Is also wrong this is saying site..
Please resolve this matter.in any case you can contact me on my number [protected].
