I had given around 100 parcels between 27 feb to 8 mar
Only 60 parcels recived by coustmer
Rest of all nt found any wheree
When i go on dot office they told we do nt know where the pacles are located. My all coustmers want parcles
We book from phagwara (144401) punjab office
All the staff are un edgucated
Pls solve my problems around 25 parcles
