The above mentioned courier was dispatched on 9th from Kirti Nagar the same has not reached pune still. Have tried calling the pune customer service nod there is no response past so many days. The tracking still shows in transit. If customer care does not receive calls kindly delete the same from the list. Kindly let me know by when do I expect the courier to be delivered.
