Dear sir, I have booked a parcel of 1kg from hisar to yamuna nagar through on dot courier vide doc. No-[protected] on dated 28.02.19 through m/s shiv shakti photostat hisar. But till date parcel is not delivered on destination. I am doing regular follow up from shiv shakti hisar and also ondot people of hisar and ambala but neither they giving me any responce to deliver nor return of my parcel. You are requested to find out my parcel either to deliver the destination or to return back to me otherwise i hv no other alternate for legal action against local franchise hisar and on dot courier.
