On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — Courier not delivered on nov.16 month nor document return

Dear sir,

One of our courier[protected] dated: 04.11.16 dispatch from amritsar to gurgaon. But in thier portal it sho delevered but in my office they have not delevered. So required acknowledgement slip. But they are not ready to provide. As already do many followups with local vendor mr. Suresh kumar saini.

Kindly suggest what action to be taken.
