Dear team ON DOT,
This is the reference letter regarding to my courier with docket number
[protected] which was sent from Surat to Satara on 25 th Oct 2018 by my party.
But it was returned twice without intimating to me. I was talked to your serviceman regarding to this but she was not answering properly. I am just shocked about this type of your service. The order of the product was made on occasion of Diwali . So you spoiled my festive season with this service.
Please don't provide these types of services to any customers in future. I am requesting to refund our courier charges and take appropriate action to your people responsible for the same.

Very very worst service and no any response till date from Pune office. Courier is still not received.
Also no any communication from your side. Replay me on [protected] and reply on mail. 21 days completed but no positive response till date.
I called to Pune office approximately 25 -30 times but all hopeless work was done by these people. I think they should shut their courier service instead of such irresponsible things.
