The parcel was booked from surat on 21/01/20 to vasai mumbai
This shd be delivery on 3rd or 4th day as there is no tracking also available on on dot on side as they dont have there own portal still no customer care is there i have try to call all mumbai & out of mumbai customer care some of the phone was switch off & some was only ringing i dont undestand how to contact them my docket number is [protected]

I have sent a parcel to Mathura but the person who received the parcel didn't get the parcel properly as some goods were missing from the parcel, as the person found the parcel in torn condition
