On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — didn't get my parcel

Sir.. My courier no. Is - [protected]. Name on it was kunjan chugh, address - south point technical college, sonipat. It was dispatched on 28/11/2018 from hisar by dot couriers and was scheduled to be delivered on 1/12/2018. I didn't recieve my courier yet. Please take some action as it was very important to me. It contains some medicine. This is really lack of professionalism.

Hii my parcel tracking id is [protected] and i have dispatched this parcel on 15 november to kolkata.. It reached kolkata hub on 20th of november but till now(12 december) not reached the destination/address given.. Please deliver it or provide me with the reason of delay.. Thnx
