I sent some documents and a cheque to renew my health insurance policy through ON DOT courier their docket no.[protected] fro Sahibabad to Noida on 22.03.2017 and till now i.e. on 28.03.2017 at 4.45 pm it has not been delivered while at their Noida office they are confirming the documents are with them but not confirming the delivery schedule, this may cause me the discontinuation of my policy and I will lose the benefits. Onwards, 25-03-17 information updated that shipment is transit to mum to pune. However this package is not delivered to pune as well our pimpri office told me that they are not delivered in my house.
