[Resolved] On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — MRI report through Courier | |||||
I had asked the doctor from Panchkula to courier me my MRI report. The great man chose great courier company (on Dot Courier) and had dispatched the report on 3rd Apr 2017. It reached Kirti Nagar hub on 4th Apr 2017 and is in transit since then, Its been a week now (10th Apr 2017) and I am really unsure that i would ever able to get my MRI report. Probably its high time that we drag such an "irresponsible", a co. with "extremely high no of complaints", to the court. Its the company with pathetic services. Customer care nos never work either all no are switched off or persons like AP Singh & Ashok keep asking you to call different customer care nos. Employees are cheat and this organisation is fraud.
