On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — non delivery of consignment and misbehavior of staff

Our packet of consignment no [protected] dispatch on 28.02.2018 from ambala but till date not received at lucknow. After talking to no online update staff siting there talk very rudly and abuse our staff.

This is not the first time we are suffered troubled due to untrained staf[censored]nofficial behavior. Resolve this issue asap and need to recruit mannered staff to run your services.

To bad experience very bad service... The parsel booked from ludiyana and now its completed 40+ days and doest get my parsel its doc no is ([protected])...and if i call in customer care they give no. And no. Of their brand and finally one customer care say we dont do anything...if any one reading plz help me out...and solve my problem...
