On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — Non delivery of courier | |||||
We booked a courier on 15/03/2017 at on dot courier, azadpur office, tracking no.[protected] of 19.0kg and paid rs 665/- @ 35/kg and it was duly enclosed with our company bill no. Ri/114/16-17 dt 14/03/2017. The above courier has still not been delivered and on dot courier agency is blackmailing us that our courier has been penalized 63% for the billed amount and we will have to pay penalty. We have faced a huge loss due to their mishandling and delays as our relations with the buyer company have been strained and we had to also send them replacement material thru dtdc for which there wasn't any payment recd. No concerned person from their delhi office picks up the phone to answer for the above issue. It is requested the above matter be sorted out asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
