On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — ondot couriers not delivering my parcel

Hello

From last one month i am tracking for my parcel with ambala on-dot - courier service, which they are not delivering to my product to delhi mentioned address which they have.
In spite of sending so many mails to this email id ([protected]@ondot.co.in) they are not reverting back.

Today (23.3.18) the staff of on - dot courier customer care said they had lost our courier & they are not finding in there records also.

Kindly help me in this matter.

Worst Courier company... Never send any shipment /courier /parcel through ON DOT Courier... I had sent parcel through them document no. [protected]...on 9th feb
The amount of courier value was 4500/-
They simply say we have lost the courier and we can only pay you 100/- rupees for it... SHAMLESS COURIER SERVICE
