Our consignment was booked through on dot couriers chennai, docket no [protected]. We received the courier on 14 july in a sack, with all the bottles leaking. On top of it we were asked to pay for the service. The customer care manager mr satender didnt pick up his calls nor responded to messages. Im highly disappointed by the service provided by the company. This is my first experience and im disgusted. My products are ruined n i have lost valuable time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
