Hi team . Sorry but user service is very pathetic .. I have received my courier from Pune on 25 at the ghatkopar center however I am unable to get the same till date the so called customer care of Mumbai none of them is working .. for ur kind information the parcel contains medicine for diabetic patient .. I will move legally and highlight the matter in social media Incase if there is any further negligence from ur end .
