Worst service Not fit to be called a courier service. AWB NO:[protected] was sent from vizag on the 10th of jan and today is the 19th of jan. And I haven't receive it despite of repeated calls because it is very important document that I need urgently. And they said they will deliver to my location only on every friday. They have got my doc on monday so they will keep it with them until friday and then deliver it. Pathetic service. Regular postal service will deliver sooner then this courier company.
