[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers — Courier Not Delivered | No one interested to listen | No email ID to escalate

Hi, I have booked a courier with On Dot Couriers and Cargo Ltd with Tracking ID[protected]. it has been almost 10 days but it is not delivered to the ICICI Lombard Office, this courier contains an insurance cheque which might attract penalty if not delivered in time. The courier department does not have any email ID to escalate this issue, moreover the phone number provided at the website are very rude to speak, they do not care and hang up the phone without listening the concern. I am requesting the Proof Of Delivery from Them but they are not ready to provide that also. No one is ready to listen at the courier company's end.
