[Resolved] One Assist — cancellation of the plan | |
They are such frauds..first they charge you 1899 for a year without any consent and they call you and say that you only give the consent..they are forcefully making me take the plan.and now aftr telling them 1000 times that i want to cancel it they are not cancelling it. The representative on phone says a company will not put its image on stake by without asking and activating the plan.Let me tell you you have already have downgraded your inage by forcing the customers to take the plan and not refunding their money back. How dare they take my money without asking me. Guys be careful..its a big fraud and they do not even support the customers in need Was this information helpful? | |
