[Resolved] One Assist — Complete fraud package | |||||
My display got broken and Iodged a claim. One of the executive called me and told that they will pick up the phone from my home. I asked them about the complete process and they told me that they will take the phone to one of its center. As it was not that much convincing, I asked them to deposit my phone myself to the respective service center. They completely denied. I asked them where they will take my phone, they denied to give any information. Also, I read the reviews where customers have not received the phone in the stipulated time.
