One Assist — Deactivate one assist plsn | |
Hi Sir/Mam I Received SMS from RBL BANK that RS-720/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN without my permission and I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and didn't receive any information from RBL about one assist but suddenly they charged money from my credit card and activated one assist plan. A reputed bank cheating a customer like us and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act.
