[Resolved] One Assist — debited money without my consent | |||||
I have received a sms from one assist that my membership has been renewed and upgraded without any prior intimation or my consent. They have debited my icici credit card for rs 1899 without my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team confirming the same details. I am not aware about any confirmation form my side to one assist and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by them is really a criminal act. After calling the customer care they tell me we notified you check your spam emails? What? This is matter of money at-least they should call and confirm. While giving policy 1 year ago nicely they told before renewal we will call you and confirm.
