[Resolved] One Assist — fraud call from one assist corporate office +[protected] debited 4197 | |||||
On 5/10/2018 lodged complaint in consumer complaints and today(09/10/18) received a call from Corporate Office +[protected] same number in website regarding reverting renewal transaction money and requested credit card details like number, expiry date etc., i said why requesting those details, they said it must shortly i received a message of Rs.4197 debited, again trying for new transaction, i ended a call. Within short i called to toll free number[protected], they said there is no transaction records of debited amount from credit card and simply said helpless. Again i asked a question, how can we trust one assist which i got a call from their own office number and breeching the customer details to fraud team and even the call is from their own office. I am lodging a complaint against one assist regarding fraud, breeching customer details and call is from their own office Was this information helpful? | |||||
