Dear one assist team, This is in discussion with you, as on yesterday 10 dec 2018. I want to declare that i am not in possession of invoice of my ipad for which this claim is pending. I hereby declare that : 1 - i am not in possession of the invoice of i pad bearing mei no - f9ftc2c4hlf9 2 - i cannot get a fresh copy from the dealer from where i bought it. 3 - i had bought it from izenica, shipra mall, gzb 201114. 4 - izenica has closed all of its outlets in india. You are hereby requested to proceed without the invoice of this device. A - it is also understood that as an insurance company you had insured this device with the invoice copy. B - it is humanly possible that one copy of this invoice is in your records too. C - your company, one assist, had a tie up with izenica, thus it becomes your legal responsibility to produce the invoice. D - thus it is expected that you will stop harassing me for the pendency of the claim and process it on priority basis.
