One Assist Insurance Company — theft claim delay | |||
Lost my mobile so they asked fir copy. The complaint given to police by me within 2days but the delay happen from police side. First I got fir copy from police then I submitted in the one assist portal they told me to wait 48 hours to get update after that they asked me date of loss in the copy ( I clearly raised my claim after talked with customer care rep about my date of loss) so again I went police station to get date of loss and again submitted the fir copy and waited 48hours. They rejected because I didn't raise complaint within 48hours I explained everything to them and they again asked me to get letter from police for the delay oops again went police station and got the letter. Finally I uploaded the document and waiting waiting still no response from them about my claim. So I request you to order them to give extra amount for making me delay, irritation, angry.
