One Assist — my mobile not cover under claim | |||||
I Am given all document but they false assurance and asked some foolish documents Several times and took 48 hours to verify. Verify what????? Are you people running some CBI or what? Already my phone was dead with moisture and physically damage but made to die more for 20 days due to their false assurance. Then i get a mail from them that they claim is rejected due to NEGLIGENCE. I guess One Assist you should be crowned with NEGLIGENCE board. That is worst service from any insurance type company . Now due to your poor service and show off of verification and clarifications. What do you have to say for that????? U R NOT INTERESTED IN WORK OR GIVEN THE PROFIT TO CUSTOMER.How many times i will provide the documents.At every mail you required new documents .Its only cheated the customer...
