[Resolved]  One Assist — Not received the handset


I have immediately paid the excess amount on 28th june 2016 instantly through the net banking to the below mentioned bank account details.
Bank account name: plada infotech services pvt. ltd.
Bank account no.: [protected]
Bank name : hdfc bank ltd.
Bank branch name : vishal hall, andheri-e, mum-69.
Ifsc code : hdfc0000086

Whereas i have submitted my claim on 1st june 2016.

But yet not received a any single call, sms or email from the one assist. since 40days gone but no response from the service provider. such a pathaetic experience i am getting from one assist.
