One Assist Plan — cancellation of plan and refund | |
I got a msg reg. Renewal of plan without my concern. This is too bad.. I want to discontinue this one assist account asap. These are the msgs i received: 1. Dear (Icici bank) customer, renewal of policy wa power single rs. 1399 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide sr[protected] on 02-feb-18. It will be completed in 1 wkg day. 2. Sr[protected]: dear customer, your request for renewal of oneassist plan has been completed. 3. Dear customer, your oneassist membership has been successfully upgraded to power individual. Pl login to www.oneassist.in for plan details and more download the oneassist app from http://goo.gl/UjBqf2 and secure your account. An the 3rd point was todays msg.. Upgrading to power plan?..
