Updated by Ganesh Ingale I am a icic bank debit card holder, the bank has auto debited rs.1899 from my debit card without my authorization on date 17/12/17 and i don't want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

Policy Cancellation request of CPP/One Assist has been registered vide SR[protected] on 20-DEC-17.

Already one week past when to refund my amount.it's been 6 days of deactivation of the service One assist but still not getting the money that has been deducted from my icici bank account. Please it's my kind request you to refund the same money which has been deducted within in this week.

Still I am waiting for your confirmation, It is a matter of escalation to escalate it to the higher authorities.

I have try to call but not to any one answer.
