[Resolved]  One Assist Services — renewal of plan without permission

Hi team,

Its really sad that you don't contact ur customers via mail if the number is not reachable. Direct debit transfer done without permission at the time of crisis. Only one sms i get from this company is card not registered, pls register it. Now since the debit transfer has taken place im short of money for other purposes. Can't understand what to do. If you ppl can return my money n cancel the subscription that would be greatful.

Pls do look into this matter seriously. With kind heart and soul return my money into my account back. You can contact me on my mail...
