One Day Discounts — solar disc lights

I ordered this product in april. After waiting and sending e-mails (Which are answered by a computer) they finally told me it was shipped. However, according to fedex, all they did was set up a ship pint number on may 31st. As of the last time i checked, they still have not given the package to fedex so sending me a tracking number is just a lie. They won't cancel my order, so i have gone thru my bank and had the funds credited to my account i have sent them numerous e-mails cancelling my order. There is no way to call them to talk to a real person. This company is just a cham if you ask me.
