One Stop Shop — No status about the product, no communication nor contact information available | |
I have placed order for VU smart TV 32 inch in November 10th 2020 vide order no. 11748 through electronicdeal.in website and made payment through credit card through CCAVENUE. Money is deducted, but till today there is no information from the merchant, no email, no message. When order is tracked it is showing processing, whereas CCAVENUE shows it is shipped. But when I have sent an email to [protected]@electronicdeal.in, there is no reply till today. And very embarrassing thing is there is no contact number available. While tracking, it has shown vendor as one stop shop. In this modern technology, my life is becoming miserable to know the status of product ordered. My first purchase through credit card has become nightmare. I don't understand, when you are deducting money immediately, similarly, why there is no communication. Even if there is a delay, it should be notified or informed to the customer. Without giving any details, how to approach. Please cancel my order 11748 and refund 11049.00 to my account.
