One97 Communication — railway ticket booking refund

Dear sir
I trying to booking train ticket through irctc from my login id on 19/03/2020 and i have made payment through your one97 commnication for irctc ticket booking on 19/03/2020 transaction id 17433109 of rs. 1019/- but the ticket not booked and also the payment deducted from my bank current acccount (Kumaran tax consultant - karnataka bank). So, i request you kindly refund the amount as early as possible
