One97 Communications — amount debit but ticket not confirmed | |||
I have booked a train ticket from mas to pgt on 17th april 2019 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from idbi bank account, but still not refunded. Plz look into this matter immediately. Message:- A/c n1139 dr for inr 1336.47 cardtxn:mast-pos/one9. A/c bal (Incl. O[censored]nclrd chqs) on 17apr 11:06hrs. I had paid₹1000 to9 stacks.But as the transaction is running the money is debited from my paytm and at the end it says transaction failed.And the money is not received by merchant, At the statement it says money paid successfully to one97 communication.Please refund the money back to my account.I attach screenshot below.
