Sir, I have tried to book tatkal ticket from shnr to tpty on 05/03/2019 through irctc app. I have selected paytm gateway for payment. Rs.930/- debited from my account but ticket was not booked and i have got error message 'payment not received from bank'. Kindly verify and refund the amount as soon as possible. Thank you.
