One97 Communications — amount not transferred | |||
I have made transaction & amount was supposed to go into the bank. I have provided wrong bank account by mistake. I have contacted the customer care regarding. They asked the details. I have provided. They asked to update the details i have provided. But after continuous follow still issue not resolved. More than a month over daily i am calling but nothing they did. Everytime they are telling to wait. Paytm is eating people money. They are not interested to give money, if there is any issue happens. Was this information helpful? | |||
