One97 Communications — amount paid to irctc for premium tatkal ticket

I have booked premium tatkal ticket on 24 th december for journey date of 25 th december.
Ticket booking was one done one day prior to train bording that is Premium Tatkal ticket for the next day at around 11:00am.
I have done payment with payment option of debit card powered by paytm and amount got deducted from bank account but ticket was not booked
Amount of Rs (2070) got deducted from bank in favour of POS-ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS account but ticket was not booked.
Ticket booking status is still unbooked.
Kindly look into the following concern.
