One97 Communications — balance deduction from my idea mobile number number

I am an idea customer mobile no [protected] and repeatedly money is being deducted from my account. I have not downloaded anything from one97 but still i m getting message from vz-ideacms mentioning that...
Dear customer,
Thank you for downloading sports from one97. You have been charged rs. 5. Your balance is rs. 7.68
I don't know what to do now. It deducted 4-5 times and still going on.. Now what should i do..???

I want to back my all money as account balance.

MY UTS NO [protected].Today I am purchase local train tickets monthly.
Barasat to bidhnagar Fare showing application Rs99.50.But payment debited my account Rs 129.00 twice.
Debited id is MEDR/ONE97COMMUNICATION/862378, MEDR/ONE97 COMMUN/879985.
RS125+125.
Kindly resolve this problem.
