I was booking tatkal ticket for journey from chenganur to bengalure when i entered my otp message displayed 'bank denied payment 'my money get deducted but ticket does not generate When i look in my bank statement it show money has been debited to thank you for using your sbi debit card 521xx7275 for a purchase worth rs490.0 on pos 99017021 at one97 communications l txn# 743572.
