One97 Communications — irctc e ticket amount not refunded

Dear sir/madame,
I have booked a train e ticket through one97 communications, on april 4, 2019with pnr [protected]. I have cancelled the ticket due to personal reasons on may 21, 2019. My irctc account is showing amount refunded on may 22, 2019. But still amount is not credited to my bank account. So, kindly do needful.
