I have booked the flight tickets from lucknow to pune (Jet airways 9w-796) through paytm on 07-march - 2019 and the travel date was 21-july-2019. But the same flight was cancelled by airlines and from that time i am following up with paytm, but every time they replied that they were following up with airline and not sharing any proof regarding the refunds application if they have processed any.
