One97 Communications — Money debited from my account and did not get the refund despite payment denied from the bank

On 11 Aug 2022 around 12:40 i made a payment of ₹1, 36, 585.62 through net banking to good host spaces limited but was denied from the bank and the payment was still debited from my account and was transferred to one97 communications limited, it has been 3 days and i am still waiting for the refund.
