One97 Communications — Money deducted from one 97 communication limit and no result

While booking tickets through IRctc app payment gate way opted paytm and money got deducted from my account and credited to paytm(one97 communication Ltd) but tickets didn't got booked. This transaction happened on 30t jan 22 . But no response from paytm or one97 communication Ltd. Request you to refund money at the earliest.
